1. The quiz I took for this entry had one question that was something like: "Have you ever posted something big and serious and had no comments, then posted a stupid quiz result and got lots of comments?" and the next question was "And then did you post just to bitch about the comments on the second post 'cause nobody read your Serious entry?" Well, now I can say yes to that, I guess. Not that I've posted anything earthshaking lately, but come on--16 comments about elf names? Jebus god, people. Well, whatever, as long as you're being social. =)

2. I'm leaving for Yakima noonish today to go to the Special Ed and the Law conference. Oh joy, oh rapture, lawyers. They give much free drink and food, so I should be alright. But YAKIMA? Eeesh. Anyway, I anticipate being able to get online and stuff. Phone will also work (I assume they have cell phone service in Yakima) so you may feel free to send me supportive text messages, dirty e-mails, and naughty pictures (provided they are very small in size, as I'll be using dialup AND rooming with a Mormon).

3. Related to above, poetry contest starts Wednesday!! Get yourself prepared! My post may not come in until late that day, but LOOK FOR IT!!!!! Poemspoemspoems!! (Somebody remind me to email Lorenzo about this!!) Too many exclamation points means I should go back to bed for a little while! Dilute dilute!! Okay!!!
